I do not charge a call-out fee. After arriving and consultation we will come to an agreement whether work is best done on site or back at home.

| Standard Hourly Rate for Home and Small Businesses – $39/hr
1 hour minimum, won’t round up to next hour, after first hour charging occurs in 15 minute intervals. |

| Computer Tune-Up Standard – $49
I’ll clean up your system of junk files, improve performance and speed up your system, optimize Windows startup and services, update your computer with important updates and drivers, and remove unnecessary programs. |

| Computer Tune-Up Pro – $65
Everything in the Tune-Up Standard plus: will check your computer for viruses and spyware, install virus prevention software, and configure your internet browser for security against future threats. |

| Virus and Spyware Removal – $85
I’ll completely remove all spyware, viruses, and malware from your computer. Includes a FREE Tune-Up Pro service. |

| Operating System Install – $65
I’ll install an Operating System on your machine and update it with the latest updates. If you need data backed up first, you receive 50% off data backup services. |

| Data Backup – $39
If you got a problem but don’t really know what it is, I can still fix it. Is your computer restarting at random, are you stuck at a black screen when you turn it on, or is your computer freezing at a blue screen? I’ll diagnose and troubleshoot your problem. |
